★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG! The lady cashier was so rude to me today, I’m shocked! Terrible and unacceptable service! I spoke to her politely, but she was so disrespectful! This happened the first time at this store, but honestly I will not go there again! Had to share this, as I think people like her should not work in the environment with customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 1 star is due to one reason and one reason only.. please for the love of God clean your slurpee machine or at the very least move the Coca-Cola away from the cappuccino flavor... everytime I get a coke slurpee it has a hint of cappuccino in it and it taste disgusting. I don't even drink coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady cashier was so rude and doesn't know what she was doing at cash register. But she is good at not giving detailed receipt or take it away from you. she offered me $1 for charging extra. I insisted her to fix the receipt with tax and she refunded $3 she tossed my receipt in garbage and handed me other customer's receipt when i asked her again. I didnt want other customers to wait while all these so i left otherwise i could get her straight right there. Sorry, I believe in give and get respect. I gave her enough as a customer and she had nothing as an employee.?
I phoned and talked to the assistant manager. According to the assistant manager, "its just that cashier's accent". Well she did the mistake even after I showed her on screen and she still charged me extra. I waited with patience and asked her to fix my receipt and she raised her voice on me? no apology or sorry for her mistake at all and blaming her cash register and me for raising my voice! I dont think that assistant manager will fix her mistake because she was giving her support by excusing it as her accent. Both of them need some training.
I found my receipt in my app now and what i see is Beef tuq. seriously? the tuq. i bought were for my kids and they dont eat beef.??? horrible people in seven eleven.
