They were able to accommodate all of our requests associated with a last minute decision to host a wedding. Our seven day timeline was extremely tight, but Bobbi was very professional and willing to see that we got everything we needed to make this happen. This is the second time we have worked with Cascade and once again were not disappointed! Cannot stress strongly enough how happy we are with them. Highly recommended!

The staff at Cascade were very professional, friendly and responsive. I would definitely rent from them again!

Their whole team including admin, pre site visit and set up crew were all extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. I didn't use a wedding planner so I had about a million questions throughout the planning process and really appreciated their flexibility and advice throughout.

From the moment I got on the phone with Bobbi, I felt we were in good hands. Bobbi helped me in figuring out tent size plus other helpful suggestions. Daniel was the next correspondence we had through Cascade. Daniel came out to measure our yard and help with the location of the tent. He was prompt and very professional. I feel we have made the right choice of tent/chair rental companies!

The staff setting up the tents and flooring were so fast and efficient. We got the hexadeck flooring and it was alright, but would definitely recommend a different type if they have it or you can find it. Everything else was perfect and we had a great experience using them.
R	Ryan Corsie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had reserved a 60x30 foot tent for our wedding and when the guys came to set up tent they said there wasn't enough room for 60 feet after they set up 45 ft of the tent , even though we were dealing with an 80 ft area. After the tent was set up there was at least 20 ft of room. And they stated again there wasnt enough room . To be honest the tent looked beautiful but with the amount of guests we were having it wasn't large enough. During our wedding reception it started raining and a leak started in one corner of the tent unfortunately on the head table. It continued throughout the night. The next day I talked to a customer service person with Cascade tent and they argued with me that I didn't have photos of the leak so they weren't going to give me any refund . Even though the tent leaked and they didn't put up the tent that we actually had reserved . After the owner of the property where the wedding took place and the wedding coordinator called Cascades for us they refunded us a measly $400 of a $4000 tent .. 10% ... sad really . The only negative thing that happened during the wedding was the tent . Please do not use them !!!!

Cascade was super patient as we walked them through our hopes and dreams, and brought us down to reality on supercritical aspects of planning our special day. We rented almost everything with them - the tent, tables, chairs, linens, heaters. It just so happened to pour all day and night, and we were thankful for their expertise in helping ensure our guests stayed dry and warm. I definitely recommend flooring, which we wanted to add last minute but was not available. Their ops team was also fantastic with setup and teardown.

I emailed them and received a prompt response with detailed questions clarifying my needs, the event, the space I had, etc. Their communication throughout has been great. The guys that delivered and set up the tent (10x20) were professional and worked their tail off! I had lights with the tent, which were explained to me along with how to add a wall (I chose to have only 2 side walls, but wanted an option to add a 3rd if it rained). Their prices are competitive and set up/pick up were as promised. I would definitely use Cascade in the future.
