★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to Sarah last year for hip and shoulder issues … I was pleasantly surprised that she was able to get to the root of my issues which has given me a better quality of life within my body … she really took time to listen and is very professional and knowledgeable.. I highly recommend her … the receptionists is very friendly and their place has a great atmosphere .. well worth your time to check it out

Chris is not only knowledgable, but professional and always provides thorough assessment to identify the source of the problem and help to remedy it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Cascade to anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional care.

I write this review on my own accord because I find that both Sarah and Chris are the kind of True Professionals that we need out there that really want to help their patients with the pain we are in and not just want to brush of us off.
They want to dig deep, and get to the root problem if you will.They Care and Listen to what your needs are. They are Extremely knowledgeable
Kind, Caring Professionals who value their clients.
They take the time to work with you to develop a care plan to get you back to a more manageable level of pain free symptoms, they explain things clearly and listen to what you have to say. They appreciate their clients and respect them.
