I’d like to send a message in regards to the extreme horrible service I received today at your restaurant on the pub side. I was in for lunch with myself and two other co-workers for a work lunch. We came at noon and it was not at all busy inside the pub side we were on. We sat down and ordered at about 12:10. Our order was far from Difficult or long to make. I ordered a Greek salad, my two coworkers ordered chicken burgers. As 30 mins goes by and we’re hungry, waiting and watching people seated after us who also ordered after us are receiving their food we started to become a little frustrated. It’s now almost 1, no server, no one has come by to tell us about our order. You can not tell me it takes that long to make two chicken burgers and a simple greek salad?? We call our waitress and all she says is yes it’s on its way. When clearly someone had forgot our table, mixed it up or whatever. No communication from server tho and we just continued to wait. Finally at almost an hour later our food shows up. The portion of fries is beyond small and how can we have waited so long for such a small portion of food!!?? All the waitress tells us is that “they’re busy back there”. No offer to discount our bill for waiting, no offer for anything to make the issue better after waiting and waiting. I even asked the waitress if there was something they’d do for us we waited far to long for our food. She said nope we don’t offer anything. Beyond the worst service ever! I was extremely disappointed. Unbelievable service, regardless if it was busy, at least make the issue better. We have worked in the business ourselves and could tell our table was clearly forgot about.

Absolutely horrifying experience witnessed with staff & proof of vaccination requirements for entry. I respect the policy but your staff should be quieter & more respectful of customers personal health information rather than yell it loudly across the restaurant for everyone to hear. Also witnessed you throw a lady in her 90's out of the restaurant solely because she didn't have ID along with her "covid passport". Food wasn't even worth the hassle.

Perfect breakfast place farmer’s sausage breakfast perfect size with a shredded hash browns coffee and good Multi grain toast Fair value lots of parking will come again

Run! Don't walk. This place is awesome!? I've been through this establishment about 60 times and go out of my way to frequent here as I live out of town. Never had bad food or poor service. The staff are very friendly and well trained. The menu is simple and straightforward, my recommendation for the money is start with the soup and sandwich of the day which ends about 4:00 pm for dinner. Don't try going at peak hours as this place is packed not just normally crowded.

Ordered pick up from here, the food did not disappoint!! Very tasty great portions. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and make great suggestions. Plus their soup…. I forget what Utes called, it’s a funky name, but is freaking delicious. It’s like a spicy coconut chicken curried yum mines!! Prices are best in town too!

Fantastic! This is our second time here and I forgot how big the portions are. Good size and fantastic price! Our server Angie was lovely, welcoming, and prompt! Will definitely be back!

The Food: the food was good, fresh, tasty and it came out fast. The service: the ladies didn’t smile, and the waiter was polite but they were juggling all the tables (it seemed) - tail end of dinner rush. Once they served us our food, they forgot about us. The staff was very friendly with everyone else but we were the only non Caucasian family.
