★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to reach if you have a job and cant accept phone calls while at work. They phone you, leave a message and when you call back you just get an annoying message saying you have to wait 10 minutes before you can actually leave a message.
Kind of explains why they are accepting new patients...because the ones they have cant get a hold of them so have to go to a different doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, My doctor was wonderful and listened to all my concerns. It's also incredibly handy to have a pharmacy inside as well (haven't had a need to use it yet but it looked nice) There is parking at the rear of the building and a pleasant waiting area. I'm so happy to have Dr. Brussow as my family physician. Highly recommend this clinic.

Just wanted to add that I’ve had several visits with my doctor at this clinic and it’s been a great experience so far. The staff and reception are easy to speak with, they have worked with a special request I needed and I haven’t had to wait long for visits when needed (plus, there is the option of phone call or physical visits with the doctor which is very convenient)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Roux has so far been really nice. However the hours at which you can call to make an appointment (9-12 & 1-3) are kind of ridiculous, especially considering how many receptionists they appear to have. My previous Dr's office had better hours than that and they only had one receptionist, it's frustrating if you don't have a super flexible schedule as to when you can call.
