They were provided to me by my bank, the appraiser they sent who apparently has been doing this for years was very inexperienced and had I not corrected him on the upgrades in my condo he would have not mentioned them in the appraisal. (Which I'm not sure if he did or not) I would not reccomend them based on the the lack of attention to detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience with Mr. Carty's services. It was a very unprofessional behavior. Few of the noticeable things were missing from the appraisal report and property comps value was very off. I strongly do not recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were under contract for a commercial property purchase and needed the appraisal done within 8 working days. Our mortgage agent reached to Cary Gwilym Real Estate appraisal and we were in touch with Trever Sidwell for the appraisal. He did the appraisal within 2 days of signing the contract and the appraisal report were provided within 5 working days. Not only we received the required value which was needed for financing but it was within our conditional time. Trevor is one of the best appraiser that we worked till date. Also whenever we emailed or called for a query, even for small questions, he always answered immediately and he picked our call for most of the time. As an investor, one of the biggest challenge is to get the required appraisal value for financing and he did that for us. We are very thankful for their excellent service and will always work with them in our future endeavour.
