Brent made me feel assured that all the damages, whether it is visual and internal, will be addressed and covered by MPI, and that's exactly what he did. They went beyond by returning my car in a very clean state, just like when buying a new car. They also delivered ahead of time. They really lived up to their company's motto, where they made my accident unhappen! Keep up the great work people of carstar! May God bless you guys with more customers. They had my car repaired and ready for me to pick up the same day, and did a terrific job. I always go to them for repairs and I am always impressed. I really do recommend CarStar on Fife. - Lois was friendly and answered any questions I had.
- The repairs were started as soon as possible after the arrival of the parts needed.
- During the entire repair process, Lois called and emailed me to keep me in the loop and to have good idea of the timeline for the repairs.

The detailing that was done before my car was delivered was outstanding. When I bought the vehicle brand new the dealership didn't even deliver it that sparkling.
