I hesitated to post this because we previously had good experiences with in house training as well as our 2 dogs in daycare. One dog has fear aggression which was the purpose of hiring a trainer. She would spend some time in a separate area, unmuzzled, then brought through the rest of the dogs with the owner. She did fantastically per the reports from the trainer/owner. One day I came in to pick up my dogs and noticed one had her muzzle on, the owner wasn't there. I asked the girl who brought her over if the muzzle had been on the entire day, she said yes, I asked why..did she bite or show any signs of aggression, she said no. The only explanation I got was "it's how I felt comfortable " my dog spent the car ride home broken and hid her face under my arm. She is a very sensitive dog and spending an entire day stick in a muzzle because a "trainer" wanted to do what made her comfortable instead of what was best for the dog in her care is a sign she's in the wrong profession. When.i texted the owner with how upset I was, I was told she was sorry and agreed that was unacceptable and that she would follow up with me. She then ignored all follow up texts and we never went back. While I had faith in the owner, some of the people she has hired are not as trustworthy and I would never allow my dogs to be alone with them. I hope that employee was fired as she has no business dealing with dogs. It is an honor to be trusted with someone's fur baby and that trust should be respected. When that trust is broken, communication needs to take place. The owner let us and our dog down.

The folks at Paws Unleashed treat all the dogs like they were their own! Our little puppy comes home completely pooped from all the fun she's had with her little friends!! Booking Day Care is very easy and is done through an app. Excellent value!!

Lisa and all the staff are amazing! They helped ease our fears and worked with our dogs individual needs. She looks forward to her daycare days and is always upset if she misses a day.

We have been bringing our dog here for months and he loves it! Not only is he getting to socialize and get his energy out, but he is also learning his manners with humans too! At Paws he's been learning to follow the no jumping rule and to be patient at doorways, which is translating to his behaviour at home and in public. We are very excited to start obedience classes here as well.
