Super friendly, quality work, very communicative about the status of the work being done.
A part for my repair was back ordered, but Darryl and Brittany (sp?) made sure to call and update me, or were able to provide me with an update whenever I called.
They were willing to temporarily take the part (a driver's side mirror) off a similar vehicle in their fleet so I could get my car back sooner, but the part arrived earlier than expected.
I will definitely keep bringing my repairs here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody likes the inconvenience of not having a vehicle or having to get their vehicle repaired. Im fortunate enough to have found these people to deal with in the matter. The first time i had a hit and run, they gave me a nice rental and my vehicle was done in 2 days. The second time, i scheduled an appointment but my vehicle was impounded by the police. The only easy aspect was dealing with them and im very appreciative of Gord and Darrell's customer service.

First time parts took a really long time and they had my truck for almost two months. then I had to return three times to fix sloppy work and unmatched paint. They treated me well and finally completed the work so I decided to give them another shot with my recent autopac claim. Well, big mistake! I am about to return for the second time for this job to have them remove primer overspray from my windows, hood and doors. I have already been once for this but have found more upon polishing my vehicle. They made an absolute mess of things. Never again!! I do not recommend this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently put our first "ding" in our new car (3 weeks old). We took in to Brent fearing a new bumper part was required. He quickly proved that a new part was not required and solved the problem in 15 minutes with no cost! Great place to deal with and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They damaged the body paint and the manager told me because of the cheap tape that I used. I dare him that I will put a tape again and let it sit for a week just to justify his alibi, but he did not recommend to do it, lol.

Our family has been using them for decades. Always great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at the desk and from the shop was excellent.
Unfortunately both times I went to pick up my vehicle there were issues with the vehicle.
After the first repair the aftermarket alarm/starter would not work.
After the second repair, interior lights were left on and the battery was dead. They did give me a boost and got me on my way.
Overall I would still recommend this business.
The Staff are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some body work done recently, and my experience couldn't have been any better. Darryl took the time to call MPI and question the deductible, which MPI had incorrectly assessed. They ultimately waived it. My car exterior was polished beautifully, as a courtesy. I highly recommend that you deal with Dan and his great staff at Carstar / MacDonald Auto Body.
