On multiple occasions have they made time for my problems on an already busy day and I am eternally grateful for the great work they've done on my girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont waste your money I Spent $15,000 at this shop.
They didnt bleed my hydro boost system leaving me with no ABS and intermittent powersteering.
They replaced a coolant hose with used air line when i ordered and paid for all coolant hoses.
They told me i was going to need breaks and gave me back a truck with no break pads at all, metal on metal, siezed calipers and no parking break, they did the head gaskets and didnt do the valve gasket.
They have 0 time management skills and had my truck for month and then again for 3 weeks.
This shop is a nightmare to deal with, the secretary told me they were a licensed vehicle inspection facility and theyre not, she told me they had started work to my truck and they hadnt, she will litterally tell you anything you want to hear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was driving from Vancouver to whistler, just before the Squamish, the engine light came on and my new vehicle started shaking and could barely drive , it was 15 minute before closing time and I still had to drive 9km to reach the place , talked to them over the phone and they waited and they checked engine light and found out faulty spark plugs , even though it’s too late to get new parts , they fixed it and made sure i reach Vancouver safely before I give the vehicle to Nissan Dealership. They were super nice professional with a golden heart to help a stranded customer . Jamie saved my day , thank you very much for your incredible customer service , May God Bless Your Entire Team sir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They got my brake pads, rotors & calipers replaced in a very timely fashion for a super reasonable price as well! They also fixed my windshield wiper arm which all seems to be working perfectly now!
Super friendly staff, very easy to talk to and very honest in terms of communication and what needs to get fixed.
Best mechanic I've had in Squamish by a lot! Will be referring this place to all my friends in the future :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time with this mechanic. Carson got my car in immediately and I received the most excellent customer service from all the staff there. I took my truck in the next day and they took time to look it over and check extra things for me. Highly recommend this shop !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fast and friendly service! My truck got towed to Carson auto with no wheel and break damage. They had me back on the road in less than 24hrs and it cost less than expected. Highly recommended if you want the job to be done right and done in a timely manner.
