The service is seamless from dropping off the new car to picking up the old one. Jim has always been responsive and provides great impartial advice on cars, value for money and makes sure you understand what your buying!

We have leased 6 vehicles from Jim and in every case he has delivered exactly what he promised at a price that was better than anything I could negotiate at a dealership. His service includes delivering the new vehicle to my house, setting up the hands-free connections, setting up the garage door openers, changing the license plates and spending the time to familiarize you with the new vehicle. Upon return of the vehicle, Jim picks it up and then negotiates with the company to mitigate any costs that may be assessed due to wear and tear on the vehicle. Jim is my go to guy as the extent of my efforts in leasing my new vehicle consists of a couple of phone calls and emails to Jim. He does the rest and always delivers on his promises.

The ease of buying a car from Jim was particularly appreciated when we were getting ready to bring our newborn home! Since then, as our family has grown to three kids, we have gotten multiple cars (7) through Jim. He always gets us the best deal and makes the process easy and painless – all without ever having to walk into a dealership. What could be better than buying a new car and having it delivered to your front door with all the paperwork done in addition to having your old car taken away. Jim also has the best contacts for auto body shops (when warranty has expired), snow tire changes and any other car-related services one would need. We love working with Jim and recommend him wholeheartedly.

Jim's value proposition is solid: he knows his cars, will give honest advice about makes and models, what perks are worth it and those that are not and he will suggest makes we have not considered. His fees are reasonable and the new car is delivered to the front door. I especially appreciate his knowledge of buying: a few times we have used dealers outside the GTA which got us a better price. His network is terrific. Jim is also open to suggesting ancillary services: snow tire purchase, body work etc. I have no hesitation recommending Jim.
