★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this jewler yesterday with the intention of looking for an upgraded wedding set with my husband to celebrate the birth of our daughter. Was served by an elderly woman who was not keen on showing us pieces because we are a young couple. Showed us only the smallest rings, when asked if she had anything bigger as I'm planning to purchase my dream ring instead of asking out budget which is 6-8k she commented saying"you know you're going to pay right". Completely not needed and degrading. We ended the interaction with saying everything was not to our liking went over to decoste and found an amazing with at an amazing price with FANTASTIC service, without being judged on our ages or appearances.
Edit: In response to the owners comment. I have been back twice since writting this review. Both with the intention to purchase jewlery for my daughter. First time I have been refused service from the same women as my original post. Second time I blantly got told I cant afford something and would be shown it. Anyone looking for jewlery in the pincourt mall, run away from this kiosk. They are horrible towards young customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an unbelievably traumatizing and disappointing experience. I had a bracelet fixed and one month and half later, the first time I wore the bracelet the stone feel out. When I contacted the owner he basically said that he would not do anything to regulate the issue. In fact he was rude and obnoxious, . NO POST SALE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
