★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a 100$ deposit on a ring that was quoted for 500$. They called me back to tell me the 10k ring really costs 900$. I contacted specialist who have experience with prices of gold and they confirmed they were trying to rip us off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and courteous staff. I went there to replace the battery on my Fossil watch. It wouldn't work after coming in contact with water for 1-2 days. I suspect the gasket wasn't placed properly or there was something else wrong with tbe watch. It wasn't worth repairing a second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my watch battery changed which I believed was dead. The gentleman at Besner tested it said it was good and tweaked the loose crown which was causing the problem. All is well now. The price... $0. Old school civility and marketing 101. Rest assured that I'll be buying my next watch and even jewelry at Besners in Dorion on the 2/20 (Harwood).
