She does a thorough assessment of posture and alignment, and really listens to the patient's description of the pain.
She knew exactly how to release my locked SI joint and gave me excellent exercises to strengthen the muscles that support my back.

She provides education on the body, talking you through things, which I love! And her hands are mighty! I genuinely feel rejuvenated every time I see her.

She is able to feel her way through in assessing the ailment(s) ones physical body is experiencing without much need for verbal communication. She just gets it. Caroline has an amazing gift - one would be foolish to bypass the opportunity to be treated by Caroline. I only wish she were still back in Vancouver!

Caroline is warm, professional and very good at what she does. I left feeling relaxed and definitely was walking much straighter :) Highly recommend for pain and problem areas or if you are just wanting a relaxing massage.

She always makes sure to understand what I'd like to accomplish from the session but also has an ability to feel what the body needs. She can always find the spot! She is also a very open and kind person who makes me feel relaxed and taken care of. She is always the first name I recommend to anyone looking for targeted and long lasting relief from pain or simply looking for an incredible massage!

She has helped me work through back pain and tight hips this winter and I always leave feeling so much better and in less pain.
