She's very knowledgeable, intuitive and extremely caring. Amy's own fitness level and determination to help people keep moving at their best level keeps me coming back! I highly recommend Amy!

Amy took the time to explain the chosen treatment and ways I could improve my own personal well being. I enjoyed her professionalism and easy going manner. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone wanting to feel better in their body. This holds especially true for highly active people looking to achieve new levels of enjoyment and recovery from a variety of simultaneous sports and pastimes. I am sad to see her leave the Vally but happy see has found a home in Squamish. Your community is deepened by her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eaglewind is a very welcoming and relaxing environment. I took my daughter to see Amy after a sports injury. She was very gentle with her easing her into the idea of RMT, explaining everything to her but also getting to the source of the problem with confidence. Amy is very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to communicate with me and the other professionals involved in her care. Other members of our family have seen Maya and Monita and I would highly recommend all the practitioners there for any member of the family.

Being a very active cyclist, I am constantly plagued with old injuries or current imbalances that for many years I thought I would have to learn to live with. I was wrong.
Amy has done an amazing job of listening to me and continues to works with me through the massage process in a clean, comfortable and modern environment.
With the tools and knowledge I leave with each visit, I am enabled to continue my training and continue living this amazing active lifestyle we are all so very blessed to live in Squamish and the Sea to Sky.
Amy and Eaglewind Health have been an amazing addition to my health care and I look forward to working with Amy for many years to come. Thanks Amy!

She is extremely skilled at massage but offers so much more. She provides preventative education and practical advice on things I can do to keep myself healthy. She has made a positive impact to my life and I highly recommend her services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so grateful for Amy's exceptional skill and knowledge. I've just moved to the area and have been looking for a massage therapist who could deal with my many sporting related injuries. I'm so used to slow, minimal progress, so was elated when each time I left her office that I was more like myself, and ready to get back to activity.
Amy is amazing. She knows her anatomy, and fixes you while you're relaxed, having good conversation, in a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I honestly could write a book about how amazing, kind and skilled she is, but there's not enough space on this page! Thank you Amy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the moment I met Amy she made me feel I was in good hands. Just by standing talking to her she could see from my stance some of my issues which was very impressive. I love the relaxing atmosphere in the studio, even when my appointment is ending I never feel like she is rushing to the next customer. Amy takes her time explains everything she is going to do and is extremely professional but with a warm friendly touch. I seem to seeing her more and more due to always injuring myself which can also affect my emotions but Amy always puts my mind at ease and my body. Thanks Amy!!

In a single visit, Amy cured a hip issue that had plagued me for years. The exercises she recommends for maintenance are never onerous to perform, and really make a difference. On top of her professionalism, Amy is great company, and I always enjoy our chats.
