You want a more intuitive and less cerebral approach? She’s got you there too. Her skill sets with myo-fascial release, breath work, postural training and coaching are incredibly valuable independently but, combined, make her a super hero.

After Stacey works on me I literally feel like a cloud floating through the air. I always wake up the next day feeling better mentally and physically :) I've been telling my partner all about how she's the best of the best. I finally booked him an appointment and he strongly agrees! She is so talented and passionate about her work and it really shows. Thank you so much Stacey and we can't wait to come back!

She is approachable, friendly, warm and at the same time professional. Leaving her massage table at the end of her treatment, leaves you with a positive, relaxed feeling. Not only does she have amazingly strong hands for getting in the right spot, she also creates an environment where a person (I'll angle this at the fellas here because frankly, we dont relax so easily) can relax enough to accept the treatment in the 'right' way. One where a person can feel safe enough to completely fall into the treatment and gain the results they’re truly after. In addition to this, her professionalism and candor make her treatment center an incredibly welcoming space, that feels safe and warm, but still has a lovely touch of humour. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. 10/10 would recommend Stacey for both acute problems, as well as general maintenance. This is the person you've been searching for to help heal your busted ways. Big fan right here.
