★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any loved ones in this facility please check on them often. Food requests and allergies are ignored. Too many medication mistakes. I will never let my loved ones go there again. Not professional, the nurses, manager and dietitian are not on the same page or pulling the same rope.
