★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We viewed several residences prior to choosing Mayfair. This was the most homelike setting we could find. The staff are wonderful and do whatever they can to make the people's lives better. We are very happy with the choice we made. At the time of this review my mother has been living at Mayfair for 11 month's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give no stars I would be happy. My grandmother is there and the care they provided has been nothing but stressful and degraded. They have busted her finger removed her crucifix and has bed sores and only showers once or possibly twice a 7 day period.
Things need to change they are human beings and im assuming everyone there has elders. Treat people with respect. If you the nurses wouldn't live in the condition you leave your clients in then why do you expect them to live in that condition and be treated like dirt.
I expect things to change and if they don't I will be going to media and expect the nurses fired for this issues or retrained to attend properly to another human being. You can contact me anytime regarding this issue.
