A	Aatash Amir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage example of how a business should be run. Conveniently didn't have my address (yet, had my number) and told me to come pick it up two cities away. On arrival, during business hours, there was no answer and nobody to be seen. Any company utilizing these services should also not be dealt with, as clearly they have no interest in consumers receiving their products :)
A	Andrew G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canpar seems to be happy to employ delivery drivers who yell, scream, and threaten their customers. Ive been waiting for a call back about this incident for nearly two WEEKS, but every time I call to check on the issue they swear a manager will call me back in 24-48hrs. Ill believe it when I hear from them, but so far they seem blissfully ignorant to their professional reputation on the island. If at all possible, never ever ship anything via Canpar to avoid their headaches. Update: I eventually heard from a 'manager' about a month and a half after the incident. They gave a very non-commital answer and didn't see to have any empathy for my situation. Again, avoid Canpar at all costs, unless the worst customer service is the business is your goal!

I have tried to get a pickup for an order for over two months and cannot get any assistance. No one answers or deals with it. I have been told multiple times that someone will call me back and no one ever does. I have called the customer service line and have been accidentally hung up on almost every time and no one calls back. How they manage to stay in business is honestly beyond me. Don't waste your time with this company.

The first day, the person told me that my package would be getting another attempt with the corrected address next day. Then, the next day, I tried to track my parcel it still showed the wrong address so I tried to call again and made sure that everything was good. The guy reassured me that my parcel would be delivered if not the same day then it would be next day. So today, I checked my tracking and saw that the parcel is at Terminal for pickup without ANY ATTEMPTING of Delivery notification. I HAVE MY BUZZER MY APARTMENT AND EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED FOR MY PARCEL TO get delivered, BUT NOTHING. I tried to call and waited. The agent picked up, I told him my situation, he HUNG UP. YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST. I Hope that small businesses don't use this company as their shipping company. IT IS THE WORST I HAVE ever encountered. I will make sure to tell my supplier as well on this incident because my order shipping address is corrected but when i tracked on this company website, the address is completely wrong. I Don't get how they actually still running the business
A	ABC DE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Packages always get damaged during transit. I submit the claim about a months ago because that happened already more than 5 times. When I see the driver for pickup next time, he complained back to me, saying Canpar is the one who is always in between the sender and receiver, and needs to receive the complaints all the time. Very unprofessional. If the package get damaged during transit, that's absolutely your fault. Why is it broken even when it's not fragile? Handling must be really poor and rough. You should not talk to your customer as if you are the victim, when you guys even send the refund after 1 month. I'd never use this courier ever again.
A	Andrew Smythe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 things this past year. Bike, winter tires and rims, and miscellaneous car accessories. 2 have come from Ontario and one from Manitoba. As soon as these shipments hit the Vancouver sorting facility in surrey THEY JUST SIT THERE. I’m not talking two or three days. TRY TWO OR THREE WEEKS. All of these items once ordered got to Vancouver with relative speed. But once they make it to Vancouver they don’t move for easily a month. The bike I ordered went “out for delivery” 17 business days in a row, before sitting at the surrey another 8 business days earlier. The winter tires didn’t have a single update on its tracking for 13 business days before they finally moved. If you live in the Vancouver area, be prepared for you items to take 3 weeks at minimum to get to you residence.

We called the customer service department and after a long waiting someone answered and tried to tell us that they tried to deliver twice, nobody answered the door. After that a long list of lies about their policies this person told us that we have to come over to pick-up the parcel or to pay again for another delivery. When asked to give us an opportunity to talk to a different person or manager the customer service guy just hung up... "Great service!".
R	Rachel Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a bike delivered. They left the bike outside and did not knock on the door. Second bike was delivered. Although they did knock on the door, they left the package in the rain and not on the porch. I was unable to lift the package and by the time I had some help the package was falling apart. Ordered some bike accessories. Label was created over a week ago. The bike company has informed me that it could be another 14 business days before I get the items.
