A few months before my mortgage was up for renewal Jason got in touch and was very patient in explaining why I needed to shop around and why he felt he could get me a better rate. And he did. He kept me thoroughly informed throughout the entire renewal process and did in fact get me a better rate. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was very satisfied with their service. I worked with Phil in securing my mortgage over the course of April and May 2020. I entered this process knowing very little. Phil was very patient and knowledgeable and accessible. He guided me every step of the way. It was the height of covid and I was particularly anxious and very concerned about how things would work out. Phil made everything appear so easy and it all worked out splendidly in the end. I am now the owner of a lovely home and I have Phil to thank in part for this. 10 stars!!
