★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer Service. I just bought a house that has all its bath supply from Canaroma and had issue with a faucet. They helped identify which manufacturer it came from, the part AND supply a spare part for free! Definitely recommend them

Made himself available always, to answer our questions. We got great quality products for a great price and everything came in on time. Highly recommend :) thanks Mike :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per the other reviews exquisite showroom but absolutely horrible customer service. Im disgusted how the company operates, how careless and ignorant the customer service employees are and how manipulative and condescending they are towards their customers. Several days to receive a return on a product they sold that was faulty and defective and they have the audacity to tell me I have to pay a 25% restocking fee…? For what ? I’m not returning it because i didn't like the piece, I’m returning it because it was defective and could not be installed…?! The person I was speaking to Nessa was so inpatient and rude. I highly suggest for the owner to focus less on aesthetics and more-so on customer service!

Brent gave me design ideas and was there for me any time I needed help. I have purchased product in the past from Canaroma and I will definitely go there in the future for the quality of their product and for employees like Brent who are the face of the company. My sincere appreciation.

Simonetta and her staff especially were absolutely astounding.Their patience and care is above and beyond any other place you could possibly purchase from. They have your best interest in mind, and will always ensure you are satisfied. Could not recommend them more!

Our sales person is Tony G and he has been of great assistance in helping choose items.
We had a situation come up during our renovation and Annissa from customer service was a great pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to assist us. I would also like the thank the manager who assisted in this situation (I did not catch the manager's name who assisted, however if Annissa reads this Please add his name) It's been a great experience and will definitely be going back.
