Never out of stock on anything! Gives me great customer service and makes me feel like a valued customer every time I walk in the door. Oh...great prices too! She is the definition of a ‘one stop shop’ for all your hardwood needs. Can’t believe it took me 21 years to find her. If you are a contractor in the GTA...go see Lina!!!!! Thank me later????

We were waiting 15 min. calling for anyone to assist us and nobody show up to ask if we needed some help. All the sudden a lady came up from the back of the building and she didn't even ask if we need help. She went to the restroom, and on her way back she asked if we need "something", we told her and showed her the sample of the material we needed, and she just said, we don't have anything in stock over here, just to Brampton warehouse. We went from North York store to Bramalea's store just to find out that they don't have in stock either. Total waste of time & gas!!.

The staff here is knowledgeable and professional. I want to specifically praise the sales lady Lina. I was coming from a few other locations and from the get go she was patient and understanding with me. She helped me with all aspects of the flooring process. Didn't feel pressure or pushy like other stores sales reps. She gave me samples so I can take them home to consider and evaluate. Even after the purchase I've had to go in for a few odds and ends and again- easy, fast and hassle-free. The floor is in and it looks amazing!
