★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to their front desk for the appt. They told me I'll have to wait 2 months, but I have 'options'. $25 to wait 10 days and $50 to wait 2. I figured 'this is a ripoff'. I cancelled immediately and left. Crooks. I think there are too many Canaray locations and they are losing money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking gives you a choice....1.50 for 30min or 9.00 for the day. Unless you are the Flash....you pay 9.00. The xray office was empty but the wait is 2 months for your xray that took 30seconds to take.....unless you want to pay the 25.00 'rush' fee. Well, with a bad tooth, you're paying another 25 bucks. You can take that however you want.

I arrived there on the day of my appointment and I was suddenly informed that unless I paid an extra $50 (over a $220) + taxes, I'd need to wait up to 3 months instead of 2 days. They are exploiting the suffering of their customers. Terrible marketing. Disgraceful and stupid. If instead they informed customers well in advance and told them "it's going to be $270 but you can get some of the fee waived if willing to wait longer" I'd have paid anyway but it wouldn't feel like extortion. That place is run by unethical idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. You have to pay tooth and nail to get this imaging, which will take weeks to get back the dentist. They extort you for extra money and make you wait to get result while suffering and in pain. Not sure why their practice is different than x-ray technicians, as you can get those results back in the same day. Nice to know they care more about money, than people's health and wellbeing. Not to mention I was taken 45 mins late for a 5 min scan, and forced to pay the additional parking cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is seriously lacking business ethics. they threat you that the report will take up to 3 months to send to your dentist, unless you pay certain fees that would accelerate the process to 3 days. It's really a shame of you to decide conduct your business this way, especially when you guys represent a role as a medical practitioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly people, efficient staff. Then you are told it will take up to 4 months to have your scans sent to your dentist, but you can get them in 2 days if you pay a hefty premium. I refused to pay so the scans took almost 5 months to reach my dentist. If this doesnt count as dereliction of duty to a patient i dont know what does. Find an alternate way if getting your scans done.
