Don't book any appointment after 4:00 pm for auto service. I booked an appointment at 4:30 pm for doing oil change. They didn't finish the oil change until 6:00 pm. The next morning, the service manager informed me that they forgot to put the underbelly cover back to the car. He told me this happened because I booked the appointment too date. The technician who initially worked on my car had to leave early and the technician who took over did not realize there was a underbody cover laying on the bench (I assume the second technician also wanted to leave early ). Even though they said my car is all good to go, I am not sure if there are any other mistakes they made and I don't feel safe driving it. If your car is the last vehicle they work on during that day, expect a low quality service.

Experienced some car issues while visiting the Picton area on the Sunday of the family day weekend in February 2022 and the auto service were so kind in fitting me in between appointments during their busy Sunday schedule! The gentlemen at the service desk as well as the mechanic who resolved my car issue were very pleasant and professional. Thank you for bailing me out!

Such poor management! Customer service rates a zero. Very unfriendly and confrontational. Tried to price match an item that came on sale 3 weeks after purchase. Store manager left me waiting 45 minutes when she was asked to speak to me. Had to phone head office to voice my complaint and get my problem resolved. I have personally told EVERYONE I know what a horrible store it is, and will boycott this store. If I could give this store a zero star rating I would!!

I really dislike leaving negative reviews as I like the store, and the staff that i’ve encountered are courteous and nice. Unfortunately I feel I have no choice. I purchased a product in late Oct that sat unused until December when an defect in the product was discovered that rendered it unusable. I was told there was nothing that could be done by the store and I would have to send the product to a warranty center. Although that option was not to my satisfaction I did as instructed and spent $75 to ship the product to the warranty center. Sure enough (as expected) the product was deemed defective and a new part was ordered to correct this defect. I am now being told that it could be 10+ months for the product to be returned to me. In what world is this acceptable customer service? CT sold me a brand new defective product, I am out $75 to ship and now could be without the product for a year after owning it for less than two months? With absolutely no compromise from the retailer? Big box retailers in Canada used to at least care about the customer experience (I know because i ran one). Rather than do the right thing and create a customer for life I have been left in the dust despite two attempts to reach out for some assistance from management. ***** Canadian tire, warranty centre and manufacturer can provide no update on when I can expect the product as parts to replace defect are essentially on indefinite back order. Despite repeated requests they will not replace the product or refund my money. Mind blowing short sightedness which will cost you life long customers.

Great selection of tools and auto accessories but was very lacking in Christmas decor and lighting, mostly due to shipping issues I was told. Found most of what I needed with the help of their friendly staff. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Make you jump through hoops just to return a new defective product! Telling you they don't deal with certain makes/ models warranty even though they sell them!! Manager named Brian is a complete waste of skin. He couldn't figure out what professionalism stands for even if you gave him a dictionary. However the cashiers and floor workers are very pleasant and helpful, making shopping their much more enjoyable.

Love Canadian Tire, however the curbside pickup or on line process is not a good option in my opinion. I have tried 4 times now and only received one of those. You order something and it says they have it, two days later your order is cancelled because they say they don't have it. One time they said it was a credit card problem. When I researched further it was a system error and it cancelled my order. My card had tons of space. The staff at the Belleville store are better than most other Canadian Tire stores I visit.

Ordered a blender for curbside pickup, it was loaded into my trunk by staff, and I came home to find the box completely smashed in. Absolutely disgusted to be taken advantage of this way while trying to stay safe during a pandemic. I've had multiple customer service issues with this location over the years years, but this is it for me. This is a Christmas present, and now I have to explain why their present looks like it's been kicked down a flight of stairs. I'll never give Canadian Tire my money again.
