Had my winter tires change on May 26th. I told them one of my summer tires had a nail before installing them on my car. After handling me my keys I asked if it was done. They said yes and there is no leak as they checked in the dunk tunk. A day later I drove to Belleville to take my wife to the train station with my kids. As I got off I hear a hissing sound. Guess what, their service technician did not remove the nail on my tire and my tires were almost flat to the rim. And it all happened after 5pm and I could not find any auto repair shops that are still open. Had they listened when I told them the problem and had actually done their job to fix my tires, I would've had peace of mind. But they committed negligence and almost cost me an accident with my family in the car. NEVER TRUST CANADIAN TIRE AUTO SERVICE. A bunch of incompetent people! Not to mention I booked an appointment that day 2 weeks prior and they said never booked it! I have a recording of all my calls for proof. WILL NEVER TRUST MY CAR TO BE SERVICED AGAIN TO THESE PEOPLE AT CANADIAN TIRE! IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AND LIFE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

I find every time I go to Canadian Tire Automotive.. They do not try to help you.. They only Try to upsell unfortunately that's what happens going to A corporate store.. They don't care about pricing or helping you only up selling..never go to a corporate places.. they are no good for helping you. I found a nice garage down the street that my family have been going to for years and 75% less payment that's why we need to get rid of all Corporate industries they are no good... They just care about money in there pockets unfortunately...

90% of the time I go here there's a super obvious secret shopper who follows me around, Usually seeing him chatting up an employee at some point to confirm he's a secret shopper. I don't like to be portrayed as a thief, Stop following me around or ill just follow him around telling everyone we pass he's a secret shopper.

This is a partially disorganized store and doesn't have much to offer when it comes to product. There is also the issue of having many off count items, for example when you check online the amount shown is usually not how much is actually carried at the store. In my opinion, I would make the drive to just go to the Belleville store, it has much more to offer and count is almost always precise.

My friend and I were here. She wanted to redeem points and had done so before with the phone number connected to the account. Now I guess there's a rule that you have to actually have the card to redeem points. Idk. My friend was pretty bummed about it since she doesn't know where her card is since she's never had to use it before. So many points cards for every store. It's nice not to carry some all the time.

Great experience. This was the first time in this store as I'm from Belleville. I came for a wine cooler/bar fridge that was out of stock in Belleville. There was a wonderful lady at the front desk when I arrived who attended to me right away. She even got me a cart and had some staff put it in my car for me. Very small town feel as far as service. I will make the drive to shop here again just for the staff :)

I have NEVER been more embarrassed to be in a store. I came in with my baby & was approached by an employee about my diaper bag. She informed me that even though it's a diaper bag, they do not allow customers to come into the store with backpacks. This bag is full of essential things for my baby & I was told to take it to the front desk & leave it there while I shop. This is absolutely DISGUSTING. I understand it's a backpack model, but it's a diaper bag & I will NOT leave it with strangers when my son may need something inside of it. I am never shopping here again.

Incredibly rude staff, discrimination against people without masks. Refuse service to anyone without a mask even if they’re exempt. I’ve gone into the Trenton store several times with the same result. Rude staff harassing me & telling me to order online. Sorry, I don’t want to order online. I like to physically SEE what I’m buying. I will never set foot in there again. There’s lots of other stores who want my money, so it’s all good
