I’ve been eating sushimi for many years, and never had an issue.
The tuna was cold, and you can tell it was on ice but the salmon felt kind of warm, and flexible which I assume wasn’t kept cold which causes bacteria..
The other person with me ate everything I had ate as well except the sushimi, and they were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was disgusting, not fresh, most barely edible. The miso soup is so weak and tastes like dishwater. First order of cheese wontons were mediocre at best, second ones were not edible. All sushi came cold, not fresh to order, and the taste was really bad. We couldn’t eat most of our food. The servers were not friendly. Do not recommend, not worth the money coming here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the first time last night and loved it! Some of the best food we’ve had in the area since moving here almost 3 years ago. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff was very helpful and kind. We can’t wait to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been eating sushi all my life. Grew up in Scarborough/Markham. Was planning to go back down there as I usually do for my birthday dinner, to one of my usual sushi spots. However I wasnt feeling to make the trek in the snowy weather now that i live out here. Decided to try Trenton Sushi. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent Sushi and Food overall. Restaurant smelled sanitized and was super clean. Service was above average as well. Price was fair. Definitely my new spot.
