★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting in the drive thru as I write this, terrible service. The man working is the most ignorant person. Completely disrespectful, and getting angry because he has to work. Screwed up the order and gets angry at us because he made a mistake. The time is 12:44 am on Wednesday april 27th.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed like a very busy location and understaffed when I went. My food was ok(warm) but someone went thru the drive thru twice and got the incorrect order both times and had to come inside to get it corrected a third time. There were only 2 staff in the building and customers didn't stop. Staff seemed overwhelmed.

Got our food and left. The food was subpar. I have never not like A&W onion rings theybwere extremely salty that I had a few and three out. Our root beers were not rootbeers. They were flat, no rootbeer taste, just colored water. Tried calling 2xs back to back and got message saying unable to take calls at this time. Won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was standing in line inside the restaurant. There was only one cashier in charge of both tills inside, and including the drive-thru. I was assured by the cashier that he would be with me in a moment. I counted, six orders in the Drive-Thru later, and I was still not being serviced. I ended up walking out without any food. I think the things you remember here is customers inside the restaurant are just as important as keeping the drive-thru moving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My goodness A&W what have you done i am sad cant replace patty on best burger ever burger with a beyond meat patty. The staff doesnt know how to punch it in...poor excuse. And they messed up our order. Forgot my wife's burger. Had to go in and wait again. Not a good experience at all.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is ok to eat especially when you have coupons on slow days you might get a burger or chubby chicken that's Luke warm due to sitting under lights or warming box tell them you want a hot burger or chicken. Do not eat inside on busy days the place can get trashy especially the wash rooms Fri Sat best to just drive thru I had to bus my own table at one point to eat.

Giving five stars cuz they used to be open 24 hours and it was one of the only places in Trenton to eat fast food after 2am.
Food was always delicious for me.
