N	Nicholas Leveille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't service Teslas at all, apparently because "they're too new". Model S has been available in Canada since 2012. I just wanted a seasonal wheel change and someone to check alignment/bearings (minor clunk at low speed and minor vibration at high speed). They said they can do the wheel change but nothing else. Bearings and alignment are no different on EVs than ICEs. It's 2022, get with the program.

It's always a mess, there is only one way out which is through the check out line...and if you don't happen to be making a purchase you have to either push your way through the line up or stand and wait to slowly make your way to the exit. I have tried the app for easy look up and I have never had it be where it says it's supposed to be. Staff is rude( at least the ones I have dealt with) I avoid it at all cost.

So after speaking with a few employees and touring around the store we decided to go buy one from Home depot down the street. I am a loyal Canadian tire shopper and have never had such a bad experience in any location across Canada. I use the Prescott location and there, they have their stuff together and are super courteous and professional...not Brockville!

If you are shopping around for a good price you may get something for a good deal on sale. They have good sales sometimes. Good kitchen department too.
