I've been here a year now and lemme tell you when you make online orders they pretend they can't find it so they can keep the money without having to reimburse. I almost called the police on them it doesn't matter if it's 10$ or 1000$ this store is ripping ppl off, and stealing their money don't shop here

Very very rude but had to get car fixed because was stuck or else I wouldn’t. I e done 5 years of service in Canadian tire Oakville and none of his attitude would last 5 min. I’m very interested in speaking with the owner here. And share some service secrets the manager might not know
S	Scott Dowden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I called for a set of tires a week before my appointment. Was given a price and appointment time. Asked if I needed to come in and pay before to secure tire. Was assured that they where in stock. Come to my appointment and no tires just 1. Manager said tires were discontinued. Was told I’m sorry by service manager. Was given a quote for 100$ more for a cheaper tire. Terrible customer service. New to sturgeon falls and won’t be back. All make sure to tell everyone about my first experience with Canadian tire auto service sturgeon falls.
J	James Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packed store, absolutely impossible to find someone to help you. Everyone is playing hide and seek. Most unfriendliest and rude cash staff. One in particular, refuses service, flips you off behind your back while leaving because god forbid your mask is under your nose. Management definitely needs to pay a bit more attention to this associate because it hasn’t been the first time either. I’ll definitely and gladly be taking the longer ride to Sudbury Canadian tire.

Do you have a valid medical exemption from wearing a mask? Too bad! You'll get kicked out of this store anyway! Do you need help finding an item? First, play hide and seek in order to find an employee! Do you need service done on your car? Hope you were looking for a different hairstyle because you'll be pulling your hair out dealing with these guys! Do you have any questions about a particular product? Better off using a magic 8 ball... "without a doubt". Ever wonder what would happen if people ingested too much fluoride from town water? Welcome to the Sturgeon Falls Canadian Tire exhibit!!!
