M	Matthew Moeller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you walk in the door you get cornered by the two sales people trying to sell credit cars as everyone is awkwardly trying to get passed. There’s a thousand people working but nobody knows where anything is. The cherry on the cake is the fact they have a bunch of self checkout machines but none of them have bags. So I needed to flag down an employee to find me a paper bag that I had to pay for after already making my purchases. Terrible experience. Please fix this garbage.
K	Karli Peturson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to this location to buy a length of chain. The employee that cut the chain was extremely helpful. We proceeded to the self checkout where the employee, Gloria, was the most rude person I have ever met. I needed assistance entering the item code as there was no barcode...I asked for assistance, she didnt acknowledge me in any way, I asked for assistance again and I then got yelled at by her. This was by far the most awful retail experience I have ever had. The manager on duty was lovely and extremely receptive to the situation. Gloria however, should no longer be employed after a situation like this

Left with more problems than I had going in and they didn't even fix my main issues. I should have known there would be an issue when I saw the pic of the boss. Skinny, sorta fit. Walks up, and he's at least 200 pounds heavier than his picture. Not impressed.

c	connie raasch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior and had no help lifting a bag of soil in the cart. Two workers watched and smirked as my friend and I both had difficulty. The cashier was very rude and didn't listen when I told her I had a phone number for the rewards. Her response was oh well it's too late now just bring your receipt to the service desk in a couple of days. I don't live in Chilliwack and have no plans to be back in a couple of days. So disappointing to see that the staff all around the store seem to run and hide from customers. Remember staff, we as customers pay your wages. I have no intention of shopping here in the future. There is a friendlier store nearby

Funny found something that may have been adequate for what I was looking for when I got to the self checkouts it would not scan my card. The attendant suggested I moved to the other machine and it also would not scan my card. So I just left without my purchase after wasting time. Items online stating availability at that location we're not present.
J	Jeff McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bring your vehicle here. I wanted a provincial safety done. The reasons they wouldn’t pass it were pretty shady. I took my car elsewhere and had the safety completed with zero hassle. Canadian Tire insisted on replacing my rear seat belt saying it was broken with no explanation. When I got the car back I looked and the seatbelt was twisted and that’s why it didn’t retract. Not a very thorough inspection. Really disappointed in the level of service I received. I spoke with the service manager via phone call twice and went back to the shop to speak in person before leaving this review. He told me he would call me within 24hrs with some sort of resolution which did not happen. Oh and Canadian Tire charges a higher shop rate than reputable independent mechanics.
