★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service by Angie at customer service didn’t leave me hanging on hold for more than 5 mins, left her department to go get the article on the sales floor for me, reserve it for me so that I could drive 3 hrs away to purchase it. I called other Canadian tires all around Montreal and nobody came near to offering that type of service. Thanks Angie you made my Christmas!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my Murano serviced twice. First time was new cat converter and brakes. Second time rear shocks and new winter tires.
Service was excellent, price was fair, work performed on schedule and as promised. Found a few other minor things they fixed up.
I’d rate them as honest and knowledgeable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this Canadian Tire many times unfortunately today will be my last visit. Unfortunately even though Canadian Tire has a price match policy this store would not honour it. I went to the customer service desk to price match an item and they dismissed it right away. Then when I informed them of their policy they spent almost 10 minutes speaking to their manager trying to find reasons not to price match the item. The final reason they gave me was that they would not do it because the model at the other store was black and the one they had in stock was white. They acknowledge that every thing else was the same but since the colour did not match they would not follow their own policy. Very unfortunate.

The pick up process was super easy -- took literally seconds! Service was friendly and fast. And we are beyond thrilled with our purchases. Both items were super discounted (1/4 the original price), which is astonishing for such high-quality cookware. We are happy repeat customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took an appointment for Safety Standards Certificate for my Car.
They gave me the appointment at 2 pm and wrote that time for me in a paper.
Today I went there at the correct time and the guy at the front desk told me
it’s a mistake happened to them while writing, the appointment was actually at 1 pm and I past one hour!
They told me to wait in the waiting room for two hours ….and gave my car back .
The worst thing is that a grumpy guy gave my certificate and he missed one digit of the licensee number.
So I cannot upload that certificate to the concerned authorities.
And I don’t wanna go there to ask them for this because time s precious, don’t wanna waste another 2 hours.
My suggestion is , give your technicians enough training, motivate them to keep good behaviour to customers.
( I know that u guys gonna give me a toll free number to explain all these same stuff with another agent .. no need of that ? )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Time after time again we receive excellent service at this Canadian Tire auto shop. The work is completed promptly, and they go above and beyond. For example, putting new batteries in the remote (we didn't even ask!), and even putting the spare tire back even with a lot of equipment in the trunk (they really didn't have to, but it was such a pleasant surprise!). Haven't had any pressure to buy anything more than what was requested. The price is reasonable. Well done and keep up the good work to their entire team!
