Canadian Tire

I arrived at the store to buy brake fluid, the Service Tech named Stephon Lewis assisted me with my purchase and after leaving the store to top up my brake fluid, I had to return to the store as I accidentally dropped the brake fluid cap within the engine compartment. I went back in to purchase a new cap as I did not have time to find the cap as I was on my lunch hour. Stephon assisted me again and once he heard what happened, he without hesitation, asked me to bring my car inside the garage and helped fish out the cap. I am very grateful for the help today and Stephon was amazing! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My father who is a brown construction worker was aggressively accused of stealing (without proof) and it seems solely because of his race and his attire!!! I understand that managers and employees must be diligent about theft but there must be a better way to address this if you have no actaul proof. You cannot accuse and embarrass customers just because of their skin colour or because they dress rugged in the work overalls!!! SHAMEFUL!! JUST SHAMEFUL!!

This MDV store is massive. I like the layout. Easy to navigate for such a big place. Staff was speedy and helpful. I called and got answers and when I went in person, I was offered assistance immediately. Wonderful shopping experience.

I am a new customer at this location for about 1 year. I must say that on all my visits within the year has been pleasant. I have had a few types of services and the customer service has been great. The staff and the front desk personnel, Stephon and Hani are professional and knowledgeable about the services being offered. I will continue to be a customer at this location.

I was just in there to purchase a gift card so wasn't doing any shopping. The customer service was excellent help.. But I will say that I have had to deal with their credit card customer service and I have never had better service than what I've gotten with them. Get their credit card and start earning points.

Brought in my car a few times for various services and tire changes. Really friendly auto service department and they even did some work free for me once just because they had extra engine coolant on hand. They are great.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Canadian Tire automotive. I have taken my vehicle for service at different Canadian Tires but I never receive superior service like this location. The staff knows me by name and even by my voice. I definitely get the small-town treatment. The manager's name is Mitch is a God sent. He definitely has an invisible halo over his head. I had to get my car towed to this location and he ran out while I was walking inside the shop. I saw and felt how much he really care for me and my vehicle. I never trusted mechanics simply because I feel like they are thieves with licenses. I had a terrible experience with them they never seen to fix my car correctly. They will have me pay for work and the problem never gets resolved. Their excuses have always been we just put the computer to read the code and that is what the code read that needs to be done. This shop kept my car for almost two weeks just to make sure they did everything right. I really appreciate this I don't care for how long it took to get my car back. I only care that the work got done correctly and it was done right. One time I need work done and it was under warranty and the guy wanted to charge me more money than they quoted me. This shop charges me a lot less than a place where I have warranties with the parts. Crazy right that shop was just trying to take advance of me and never planned for me to use my warranty. I always shop around for the best price but this shop and this location I don't need to do that. I can leave my car with them and I have full trust that they will look out for me because of my experience with them. I don't need to get a second option I trust them 100%.

Do you know how long it takes to count $11.05 in Canadian Tire money? This cashier does now. And she had the patience to do it for us. The store had everything we came looking for today including 3 different kinds of wild bird seed, plus snowshoes for the kids (good selection of sports gear). We also were able to find a staff member when we had a question.
