★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout to to Marcus and the auto centre at Canadian Tire on Guelph Line. I was a walk in this morning with a slow leak in my tire. Marcus was extremely kind, compassionate and most of all - *not* condescending. Excellent and prompt service. Thanks Marcus for making my morning that much easier.

Not only the shoe size is wrong but i was sent two different brands for these cleats!!!! i am losing faith in their customer service and online orders and what they say on website about available stock ..i went to two diff stores in person as it showed in stock at North Oakville. when i couldn't find the size in stock as mentioned online , i i booked it online . Paid shipping fee and got wrong order. S much inconvenience. Attaching picture.

Got a flat at 730pm on a Friday of the May long weekend...lucky me! No one was open at the time and was cheaper to rent a hotel room in Burlington than to get towed back to Niagara Falls...So Saturday, I got towed in to Canadian Tire....
Thanks to the first phone call (Sam) to the front desk (bad with names but one of the nicest people to greet me/other shoppers regarding any issues with their car) to talking to the tech (Matthew) about what was needed. I received nothing but politeness and friendliness from each person. Unfortunately, there was a power outage while the car was still up on the hoist, but with a stroke of luck they got it down and handed me the keys so I could make my very way up to Algonquin to spend the rest of the long weekend.
Thank you again Service Team for the great experience!!!!

Marcus handled my request, regarding using my gift card for a previous purchase, with utmost patience, professionalism, kindness and went out of his way to ensure my request was taken care of. Although I was at the point of giving up, Marcus did not give up, and made sure the appropriate service leaders were contacted to ensure the required procedures are followed to grant me my request. This is what an exceptional customer service is and this is the type of service customers are wow-ed by and would want to return to your store again and again. Thank you again, Marcus. I hope you are rewarded for your excellent and exceptional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my favorite store in Fort Erie. Very small store creating a close environment with other customers. Not good in the present environment with Covid. A suggestion may be to reduce their buggy size. Staff seems to turn over regularly so product knowledge is not up to snuff. Sorry just being honest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this Canadian Tire location and it was amazing. This store is huge!
I loved the setup and distribution of the store. It was very well maintained, organized and stocked.
Great deals and products that I haven't found at others stores, specially the ones where I live: Guelph.
I interacted with some of their staff looking for items that I wanted and they were very friendly and helpful.
The only issue was the young girl at the cashier who scanned two of my items twice but I noticed right away and she reversed it. Also one of the items didn't have the bar code and she asked me to get another one. I had no problem with that, but the people on the line for paying had a different opinion.
Despite this, I will came back again because I loved this store.
Fully recommended ????????
