B	Ben Geddes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been ordering the Donair Pizza and it’s incredible. Only about three or four times and somehow the guy there remembers me every time I call. The Zaa is amazing, service is always friendly and polite. Over all I highly recommend this place. Great experience every time.

I ordered a delivery yesterday and when he showed up they were missing the item. He said he'd come back but never did. On another note, I ordered an "unlimited" pizza, with the only ingredients being double Pepperoni. They charged me an extra $2 for the double Pepperoni, even though it was the only topping I got. Cost over $23 for a $16 pizza to be delivered. Very unreasonable, way too expensive, and not very good customer service for a loyal, repeat customer. If you can avoid this location, I would.
N	Nick YYC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza was Lukewarm where cheese needed cutting with a knife as it had no elasticity to it. Wings were soggy and the salad was almost warmer than the pizza. I had to put the wings and pizza in the oven. The delivery estimate was 40-45 min. Arrived at door in 1 hr 15 min. No call informing us it would be late or just as a courtesy. Called CPU location and they called the driver. I was told it was delivered directly and he told me that no one eats hot pizza and this is how it is to be eaten. Then he hung up. I have ordered from here multiple times and pizza has always been a reasonable temperature. If you order from this location make sure your oven is preheated just in case. They wont even acknowledge the problem. Pizza is good but customer service is none existent. Will use another location next time

Do yourself a favour and avoid the dive bar (Brass Monkey) across the street and come here for food. $16.99 for a XL pizza (16") with four of your favourite toppings. Tip these hard workers as they deserve it.

C	Cassandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a pizza for delivery, and my order receipt shows: [Left: Extra Toppings, Bacon+$1.50, Beef+$1.50, Ham+$1.50, Pepperoni+$1.50, Sausage+$1.50; Right: Extra Toppings, Shrimps+$1.50] but they put all of the left toppings on the whole pizza. When we called to have it fixed, they argued that the left toppings are meant to be for the whole pizza, and that we are supposed to specify somewhere in notes for a half and half, but that it not what my order shows, and not what the ordering page shows. The only options they gave us were to have it remade, but we would have to pick it up (which is not an option for us), or a discount for next time. There won't be a next time here, our shared pizza now cannot be shared because of this and pizza night is ruined. Do not attempt to order a half and half pizza here. Waste of $40
