★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sale signs are two months out of date. While I was there someone asked for a refill because they had signs up saying they offered refills and he was denied because apparently they no longer did it for 8 months. Yet there were signs still up for it. I attempted to buy something that had a two for one deal and they said it was two months old and the deal was no longer valid.
The staff seem nice enough but they don't really have any ability to deal with these things and the manager was not present when I visited. It wasn't a great experience and I would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I am still going here every morning for coffee and I do have to admit the drip tray has gotten better but it is still gross 4 out of 7 days a week and it is something I just don't get because the rest of the store is very clean. They serve hot food here and everything is up to a standard above what would be expected, the food always looks fresh and I am sure they don't hold on to food for very long so why the f@#k can't they get it right with a simple coffee machine. I don't know if it is just being lazy or forgetful but if I have to look at it anymore I have to do something about it, can you just imagine what kind of bacteria is growing in that thing and if they don't clean the drip tray I am sure they don't clean the Jets that dispense the coffee and I AM DRINKING that SWILL, if I could kick myself in the head it would have been done by now but the guy who works nights is such an awesome guy he is the only one in my life that says good morning and says have a good day maybe that is why I keep going back, it has nothing to do with me being smart that's for sure. Even if you don't drink coffee and you come to this place go take a look and see for yourself if you don't know where to look just ask where the French vanilla coffee is you can see for yourself Blah ewwwwe!

It's a 7/11 after all, not a 5 star restaurant. Expectations should match.

I waited at the till for about 20 minutes it was treated like a ghost while they they cashed tills out and worked on skip orders, they didn't even tell me that they would get to me when they could and completely ignored me when I tried to say anything. I'm absolutely shocked that they even still employ people like this the older one was especially rude. She doesn't even deserve $15 an hour for that abusive behavior towards customers
