J	James S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from them!! The fact that they only have one star reviews isn't a coincidence! For almost a year we have been cancelling their services and have ignored every request and have been impossible to get a hold of. We even reported them to the better business bureau which reprimanded them and they had the gall to ignore them too. During this time they still sent drivers to our store which we turned away every time and kept billing us. We were finally able to personally meet with a rep called David Grasser a few months ago and came to an agreement that they would stop coming by and sending bills. Sure enough another van showed up today wanting to deliver a mat. These people are scam artists and should be ashamed of themselves for conducting a business like this and deceiving their customers.

Despite me calling last week to arrange another pickup, but I could not get anyone on the line, left a message and never got a return phone call. I also emailed 3 different people notifying that we would no longer be using their services at the end of the contract. Not a single one emailed me back to confirm my cancellation as I requested. The reason I did not renew in the first place was because they kept increasing my pricing and I would not be able to get a hold of anyone to discuss the increases. Worst company I ever dealt with

v	valerej balavnev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkbro Industries has bean dealing with Canadian Linen & Uniform Services for so many years. For the last couple years service that they provide became unexceptionally bad. They are charging us for a missing uniforms that are actually not missing, they bring to us uniform that does not belong to us, nobody answering our emails for months, to get correct credit for the wrong charges almost not possible. Driver is coming to our premises when nobody is around and company is still close for a visitors and service providers. Not advising to anybody to use this company as a uniform provider.

We terminated the contract with them back in April and they are STILL charging us. even when we were still using them, we were billed for services NOT rendered and we just got sick and tired of them taking our money for no reason. DO NOT USE THEM.

We’ve been in contact with Sean, and he refuses to answer our text messages after he told us that he would review our account in the new year! Horrible customer service !!

On service I would give them 3/5. 1 star rating is due to difficulty closing the account - submitted in writing several times, calling on the phone I get the runaround - they still charge my credit card. Been going on for 3 months. I hired this service to get rid of headaches, not create new ones.
