The day of instruction was meaningful, engaging and adapted beautifully for the needs of our learners. We had 14 students learn and earn their Food Handler's certification in one day. It was a great success! I highly recommend them for your personal, professional or classroom needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructor Laura was very knowledgable and was able to explain the material in a way that everyone was able to understand it. She wanted everyone to succeed.
I especially loved the way she opened up the course and told the story and history of the indigenous peoples and the meaning of the sacred medicine wheel and its meaning and how it’s correlated into what we were going to learn today. Thank you Laura!

The connection to the land, to water, and to indigenous ways of knowing made this unlike any formal training I have had in the past, but led it to be more grounded and seem more relevant to my learning. The way Laura kept the entire training interactive, I was transported to some of my best teachers classroom in my life. Laura did a phenomenal in conducting an online class for our group of staff. Especially in this pandemic, it's so crucial to know how to be extra careful in serving our food. That being said, Laura explain everything thoroughly. There were times when some chapters were confusing and difficult to understand, but Laura gladly explained. She was very patient and gentle to all of us. I highly recommend her company to others!
