★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I discovered F45 there was no need to ever work out at a normal gym again. I’ve sweated more and lifted heavier in these 45 minutes classes compared to my experience working out for hours in a normal gym. The workouts are constantly changing, and each exercise can be altered to be easier or harder based on ability of person. I’ve been going for year and still find the classes challenging.
I’ve seen other locations in the city and this studio is one of the bigger ones. Lots of space and natural light.
