I have used two well known Canadian companies to do some of my windows in the past and had terrible experiences, however Canadian Choice has exceeded my expectations! Our instalation looks far more professional and the installers were very efficient and clean considering the intemperate weather. Jason, our salesman, was great through the whole process. He always got back to me right away when I reached out (more than I can say about my past experiences with the other companies). My only complaint was a small bit of caulking that was bulging but the company quickly rectified that without any hassle? So.... A1 service, A1 quality, and A1 warranty at a very competitive price! I have already recommended three of my coworkers to use this company without hesitation and plan to continue. Keep up the good work guys! ?

Our house looks so great now and we’ve noticed a huge difference in how quiet it is inside. Our salesperson Blair is excellent; easy to deal with and responsive. The installers are very professional, and clean. They also took the time to answer any questions and showed us the window features. We priced out a lot of competitors before choosing Canadian Choice and the service from start to finish as well as the high value pricing made our selection easy. We have to replace 3 more windows to complete our house and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

They did all jobs perfectly so far for my house to replace the existing windows. Hope they will keep continue the good work if we need any further service.

Once I paint the trim I'm hoping it will look better. Loving my new door. I've received so many compliments on my front door. I had a rotten bay window removed along with 6 other windows and 2 doors. I didn't get the backdoor exterior colour like I had requested in a change the day after contract. It was missed in emails. Salesman Doug is working on a solution. This and the trim issues are the reason for 4 stars but I would use this company again in the future.

They got everything done in less than 3 days and never took a break! Super hard working and they cleaned up after...not a spec of dust left behind! Amazing job by these guys, thank you so much! I would highly recommend Canadian Choice.

From the honest and trustworthy sales meeting with Marc, I felt he was genuine and trustworthy and although we waited a little longer then anticipated for our windows to arrive and be installed (thanks COVID for all the construction delays) the team of Installers they sent was amazing, and the wait was worth it. Knowledgeable and professional, they were tidy and meticulous. They walked us through every step and got the job completed quickly and it looks just incredible creating the curb appeal we were looking for! Thank you so much for making the process painless and be sure we will tell everyone, who we chose and how happy we were from start to finish. I contacted them last Sept and they sent a lady to our home for estimate. The lady left a price written on their brochure. A few months later, we decided to get them do the job. However, we were unable to reach the sales lady after quite a few tries. Then we spoke to their receptionist and even their VP. They promised that someone would definitely call me back. However it never happened. Can one reasonably expect desired customer service from such company? Reply to the Owner's response: I don't think the company name was mis-matched.
