About 3 days to verify my account and I've never had a transaction take more than 5 days 'till the funds are in my bank account. Strongly recommend for a reliable honest buy/sell service.
J	Jay Me on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the place itself. No problem there. Easy operation. But what I don't like is the spread (difference between market price and buy/sell price) price volatility. Not only it's an extra FEE (on top of the payment method fee) that is not clearly represented (indicator vs what you get, and the %), that % vary between 2% and 15% (that I've seen, so maybe more) based on market activity and not tied to an indicator. Unless you manually calculate and are on top of your things, you can end up paying a large premium. That's definitely not how you encourage adoption. People get frustrated by their experience and are left with a ripped off feeling. This spread/premium should clearly be indicated IMO. This volatility also greatly decreases your chances of profiting a sudden market price drop as the spread gets larger. Be aware and do your homework.
S	Steven Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID using Canadian Bitcoins. Major problems with selling currency and actually getting the deposits to your bank account. They list up to 1-4 business days for deposits to appear in your account, but in fact the funds go missing for weeks longer and they only investigate the issue when you contact them about the missing funds; later claiming there is issues with their payment processor and passing the blame. Furthermore, when contacting them about issues such as this, they don't take it seriously or even apologize for delays or missing funds (even when it concerns transactions over $10,000). They flat out refuse to offer any compensation whatsoever when your funds are missing for up to 10 days and have no compassion or regard for their customers or damages these delays cause, once they have received their payment and commission. Would NOT recommend that anyone uses their services.

Used them twice now, first time there were no problems at all, and the second time is currently in process. Heck I purposefully went back to these guys because the first transaction went smoothly. People complaining about the spread between buy and sell prices are neglecting to acknowledge they are doing all crypto enthusiasts a service by creating liquidity in safe and fraud free environment. Spreads are common, they need to be insulated from a volatile market and be able to earn some profit in order to justify running a business. Same scoop if you buy precious metals or dollars numismatic value. Judging by most negative reviews there seems to have been some user error, or unfamiliarity with cryptocurrency. The main thing you need to know is these guys are legitimate, been in business a while, are not ripping anyone off, and are doing a service for a marketplace. Heck one of the reviews mentions Quadriga as a worthy alternative... how well did that work out? Didn't that owner flee with the keys and fake his death? I don't think I would do business with another Canadian company involved in cryptocurrency as these guys have already proven to me they aren't fly by night and deliver, can't say the same of the others. L	Lisa Kreut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a large quantity of Litecoin here. The verification process was simple and the staff were professional when helping me through the process. Purchased by interac email money transfer and the entire process from putting in the request to receiving money was 9 hours which was a bit longer than I thought it would be, but I was happy they were able to do it same day and even worked after hours to get my coin. The price of Litecoin went down during the transaction but they updated my transaction request to give me the better price. Fees are much lower than using ATMs and there's a lot of ways to pay. They don't carry all the crypto I was hoping for and the fees on bitcoin specifically were more than I was willing to pay, but I'm happy to buy some of the lesser popular crypto and trade it myself to get the currency I need. If you're buying more than $500 worth of crypto then I'd recommend buying through this business. Haven't tried to sell to them yet so I don't know how that works. I'll likely use them in the future for big cryptocurrency buys.
