C	Chelsea George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a 9 piece chicken meal, tried to tell the worker what my number is so he could phone upon arrival and I got halfway thru my number and the worker cut me off and said Yea I have it here. Waited over 2 hours for this chicken but still no phone call. Phoned them back and asked them what's going on and the lady who answered just said she tried to buzz my apartment but I told them my buzzer doesn't work and to phone upon arrival when I placed my order. She then said she tried to phone but the number was out of service, it's not ? she then said she could be here in 3 minutes but I told her I didn't want 2 hour old chicken and she just said OK ... So not impressed.

I price of chicken was so dry it was hard to eat and the others were not crispy. The skin was mushy. The gyro I was excited for and it was so gross. The ranch was on top of the hot food that made it so got and gross to eat. I am so disappointed. I dont think I'll come back to even try the pizza.

It took one hour and fourty minutes for my order to arrive which is much longer than other pizza places. I ordered two large "Ultimate" pizzas, a One Pound Chocolate Pudding Cake and a two liter of Coke. The total price was $77.12 which is the most expensive pizza I've ever ordered. Seeing how the pizza had eleven toppings I was expecting one delicious pie but it wasn't even close to what I was expecting. It was tasteless other than being extremely salty and the dough tasted stale. I was so disappointed. I was hoping that at least the cake would be delicious but it too was tasteless, dry, cold and I think it was supposed to be warm. It was just chocolate cake batter with no "pudding". What a rip off! ?

The person on the phone kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he was chatting with someone else. When he did come back to the phone he told me “I can’t do anything for you” and hung up. About 15 minutes after that the food showed up. I felt bad for the driver so I ended up paying for cold food. Also the pizza was a store bought frozen pizza. Downhill quality and attitude has scratched this shop off of my list. Goodbye 2 for 1. Part 2. Since I can’t reply to your response I’ll have to edit my initial one to include the following….when you hung up on me you didn’t seem to care about my years of loyalty to your shop. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait longer than 90 minutes and I have been understanding in the past. I would be more so if I lived in a major metropolitan area, but this is small town Penticton and a 95 minute wait for a small pizza is a dismal performance for the prices you charge. Further, your guilt trip response isn’t doing you any favors in this instance. Trying to qualify your apology means it’s not an apology, and blaming me for “not understanding” is laughable. The unfortunate truth is that my understanding has met it’s limit, and that tends to happen to anyone who has enough disappointing experiences. The quality of the pizza was bad, the wait was too long, customer service was poor and rude. It’s hard to care about a business that doesn’t care about you. Happy to go for part 3 should you wish to continue.
M	Matt Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tasting bacon double cheese pizza and Mexican pizza. However we were in a hotel and they never sent plates or napkins. Make sure to let them know you need that if staying in a hotel. Other than that I like their food.
