★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to asked if he did repairs on walkers, told him all I needed was a screw to fasten brake handle to my mothers walker handlebar, all I heard was "may need a part that's not available" I told him again it just needed a screw, but I was having difficulty accessing where screw went. Still continued with a answer of not sure have to see it.
Because of the way he spoke to me in such a negative matter, I phoned another medical supply place which gave me suggestions and if I couldn't fix it I could bring it in, it would be no problem just have to pay a service charge, to which I agreed.
In the end it was a simple fix with only part needed a screw and tools (screwdriver and pliers).

After checking a couple of other places we came here and were pleased with the knowledge and help that we recieved from the gentleman, and the price on the specific walker we looked at was way better here than the other places we had checked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned the Valley Medical Supply in Penticton this morning to inquire about new wheels for my walker. Within an hour I got a phone call that they were coming to my home in Oliver. Luke got here about an hour later and put on two new wheels and cleaned and adjusted the other two, as well as adjusted the brakes. Amazing service ,very fast ,friendly and the price was 1/2 of what I expected. I would highly recommend this Company. Thank you!
