Quiet and fast for occupational testing. Woman at front desk was relaxed and welcoming, which is a nice change from the standard "emergency room" vibe common in these places.

If you are reading this review it is most likely because you are looking for some type of occupational testing. If it is lab-based drug and alcohol testing that you are looking for - continue reading. The entire 24/7 testing, fixed price is very attractive... That is what drew me to use this facility as we often needed testing on the fly. We all know lab-based testing is the Ferrari of drug testing right now. With lab-based testing there are several benefits, but receiving results in a timely manner is not one of them, especially with this facility… I booked our employees in on a Thursday. I was promised that if our employees were there before 4 PM that the results would be sent to the lab that day and we could expect results that Saturday. We received 2 of the 5 results on Saturday... The remaining three, missing in action. After several phone calls all Saturday, they promised the results on Monday, first thing in the morning. As you expected... no results. At 1 PM on Monday, we get notification that the samples were "in the machine" and we could expect results in 24 hours. Monday we paid $800/hour for a crane that did not move an inch, 3 journeyman plumber wages and my wages chasing results ALL DAY. The worst part, the manager (there is only one manager for all locations) was out of the country. We did not even have a chance to escalate or address the substandard customer service with a member of the organization. Save your time and money, take your business elsewhere for lab-based testing.

Very unprofessional, went to do my D&A test and they hand me a dirty container to do my urine test. I refused and asked for my money back! I have done multiple D&A tests for years and I have always had a fresh new container in a sealed package. Avoid this place, not credible at all!

Polite, professional and fast. Called last minute to get a Covid travel test for work and they got me in a few hours later and had me out of there in 20 minutes with my results! Would definitely recommend.
