j	james G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ employees seem to think my ID is in Russian or something they take forever to find packages and told me to come back the next day for a package that had supposedly been at that location for days already according to the tracker. Canada post is awful pay the extra money for UPS if you can.
D	Devlyn Winchester on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff at the Canada Post in Shoppers Willoughby. Love getting my mail there. Fast and efficient never usually a wait. Also good hours for my PO Box can access it 7 days a week.

Super unprofessional. I was then helped by another employee who kept repeating herself to me condescendingly. It's your job to work with the public. If you're all so miserable doing so .. move on.
M	Margaret Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. My husband and I went up the counter to return a cable box that we were told to just “bring it in “. At the desk they informed us that we need a box in order to send it, so as we have a baby with us, we decided to just save the trouble of going back home to grab a box just buy the box on site. After fifteen min worth of I don’t know what is causing the delay, another lady comes over to tell my husband “you need to buy a roll of tape too and I’ve asked the previous lady, she said she already told you that.” IF she did say so then why didn’t she mention that he’s missing the tape when he was paying for the box??? So we ended up buying a small useless box and still couldn’t send the item out because of how they misinformed us and wouldn’t admit their error.

This customer had 10 packages each needing to be signed and weighed with endless chit chat in between. Good on ya for having such dear friends.i suppose your catching up is impossible to do outside of business hours so glad we could all contribute our time to this meeting of souls.
