I called and they quoted me from the size, weight and product type they were picking up (its listed on the auction website and is 100% accurate). Then they told me it would be at my house no later than Tuesday. On the Wednesday (already 1 day late) I had an email with a payment request for triple. When I asked why they said it was fragile, which they already knew when they quoted me, and that they had quoted me double what I had written down (calling me a liar?). I called one place. I have one number written down. I am not the one confused. I now have to pay 25x the cost of a box to drive and pick the items up because they have them hostage. This whole thing felt really slimy and it goes without saying that I would avoid using this place at all costs.

Second of all they were definitely invested in making sure my item arrived in perfect condition. They special ordered a box for my item (a very large very ornate very heavy mirror) and it was impeccably wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Midori!

There packing has been definitely some of the best if not the best packing I have ever experienced. They have also provided me excellent service when I sad had an item badly damaged in shipping and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and provided exceptional customer service from their whole team especially Midori and Patricia. Thanks for all the great service you have provided. I would not hesitate to use their service again (and will actually be using it again tomorrow for another package) and recommend them whole heartedly for your shipping needs.
