I heard the lady say to someone in the back ground that she was gonna make me wait and lauged while she check to see if I had mail I ended up hanging up..... as my mail box isnt ready and I have to drive to cloverdale to get my mail from aouth aurrey.

U	Unēk Stylz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have to deal with the rude post ladies. A few of them to be exact. Seems they never wanna do more then what is strictly put in their job title. They never help you get what you need and when you have to ask for help they give you a smug look.. hate dealing with Canada Post. Even the drivers throw packages. Seen a lazy driver throw my neighbors package on his door step..

Watched this "Supervisor" roll her eyes at the lady she was assisting before me, barely listening to her, no patience what so ever. Offered to help me instead and flat out ignored her. The other lady behind the desk ended up assisting that poor woman in a much more caring fashion. This "Supervisor" didn't offer me options, just assumed I wanted the cheapest option. Wasn't even listening, talking over me, I had to talk over her just to ask a question. They barely answer questions and instead hand you a leaflet like they can't be bothered to explain in their own words and shoved me off to the side to help another person in line. Next time I am going to Clayton, it is busier but at least you don't have to put up with someone who can't be bothered to do their job and be pleasant.
J	Jeff Schroeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This post office I have found to be really difficult to deal with. The staff their are not patient with you and don’t take the time to really help you. Often times they appear bothered that you are there. Looking at the other reviews on here it appears I’m not the only one who has had these experiences. This has happened to me multiple times.

Since I was just asking questions and didn't want to hold up other customers, I tried to come at a slow time, but still a long line of people formed behind me right after I got to the desk. The staff member who helped me very kindly and thoroughly explained my options for mailing, she cleared up all my confusion. Thank you!
c	chase thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving two stars for the ONE worker I have met at this post office that is actually friendly. All of the others are SO rude. They will deny you oversized letter shipping and you have to force them to measure the parcel. Guess what? 9/10 it fits as letter mail. Beyond that, they have the nastiest attitude ever. Go to the Clayton location instead.
