D	Danny Kenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a “system’s glitch” they returned my packages to the sender 4 days before the final notice date for pick up. When asked what I could do to stop them from returning, they gave me a little piece of paper with a 1-800 number for Canada post. After waiting on hold the agent promptly informed me there was nothing they can do.
D	Devin Olsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How is it possible that UPS, FedEx, and Amazon have all seemingly mastered the ability to use my buzzer... but for Canada post it’s an impossible task. Just take the two minutes out of your day to at least TRY and deliver the package. They just show up with the missed delivery slip and move on with their day, it’s ridiculous.
R	R W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended to verify info relating to a mail forwarding order. Staff members advised that they could not do it as no address showing on screen. Senior staff member stated that she had processed thousands of these and I likely did not enter an address. I stated how is it possible to complete and pay for a mail forwarding order without entering the address?! She suggested that I phone customer service, which I did. Customer service stated that everything was entered and completed as required and suggested that I go to a different post office which I did where the verification was completed seamlessly. I returned to this post office to advise of the circumstances. Staff members were unapologetic stating that there was no address in the system and the system was the same on all post offices. As it was verified at another post office, I suggested that they contact customer service to correct the obvious error at their location lest another customer gets the same unapologetic runaround. Appalling, unapologetic customer service.

J	Jenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a shame this is the post office my packages default to if missed (though Canada post doesn't bother checking to see if I'm home). There has never been a time where I've visited this location and the employees had any clue what they were doing. Notices left on my door to visit after a certain time for very important documents to be turned around and to "check back sometime in four hours cause I have no idea." Shockingly poor product knowledge. The bar is set so low here it's barely a blip.

I wasn’t able to pick up my parcel just because my address on my id was my old address which i just moved And asked for proof that i wasn’t even able to get And told me to get a random person with the same address that was on the package when the package was sent to me ( does that mean any random person can pick up my parcel if they have the same address???? ) This lady was arguing with nonsense and being super hard headed just to prove her point
c	chase thomson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm shocked by the low rating of this post office because I've always only had friendly service. The workers are very kind and will do the best to get you the cheapest deal on your parcel that they can! They're so sweet and this is my go-to post office! :)
A	AMIT KUMAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them -5. They are the worst, I moved to the new place just a week ago and didn’t have proof of address for the new address. How could I? Because I’ve just updated my address everywhere and I could have new address proof in the next bill, that is a month later, should I wait a month to pickup my package? Then I updated my address on my cellular account and went there again, they said we’ve just switched off our computers, we cannot give you your package. Please come back when we open next time, that is two days later.please don’t go this location, go wherever you want but not here.
