I'm at a point where I'm fed up and I won't be coming to this location anymore. They really need to improve waiting times. Employees move at a snail pace. I would suggest going on Friday evening or on Sunday. It's less busy and to avoid long lineups.

Extremely rude and don't know about customer service. I hope they get some training on how to treat customers or help them.

You may be able to get away with giving that attitude to someone else but, you tried the wrong one today. Hope you learned a thing or two about customer service and how you should speak to people. I also witnessed her be super rude to another older lady in front of me who was trying to send money. You get paid to work here if you don't like it and customer service isn't your strength then you shouldn't work here. Also, drop the attitude and learn how to do your job. I went to drop off packages and verify my identity and she goes I need another piece of ID, no you don't read the screen and look at what the company asked for. Who hired her?
