★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the fourth time I've been to this location and had a very poor experience with the ladies behind the counter. I will not be returning to this location due to the rude attitude and the snappy service that was provided to me (each time with a different person). Working in customer service myself, I know that if I provided the same experience these ladies gave to me, I would no longer have a job. I would usually just ignore service like this since I know we all have lousy days, but the consistent bad attitude warrants a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to Canada Post when it comes to shipping products from my itsy-bitsy small Etsy Shop. The girl who seems to be there most during the week in the evening is always so nice and patient. Always helps me out whenever I have a shipping question. ~ Today I witnessed a customer being outright rude about a package this evening and the girl I spoke highly about above handled it like a pro.* I hope that gray haired Karen who was complaining about her dad's package reads this review and realizes just how ridiculous and ill-mannered she sounded when speaking. She was embarrassing herself.

I went there when nobody was in line
But when there is lineups , I won’t expect great customer service neither i care because the person working behind the till has so much pressure of work. Don’t ask too many questions just give your parcel and go away. If you need help with your courier come back when its less busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best post office ever! Tried several canada post around south area in Winnipeg. This one is the fastest shipping for my Etsy shop. Shipped more than 1000 lettermail, never lost any. And the girls are always helpful and kind to customers! Love them ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the worst customer service! The first time I went there, the lady acted as if I was bothering her whenever I asked her anything. This was my first time ever mailing anything and I just needed some guidance. The cashier there didn't care and because of that the envelope that I gave them was mailed to my neighborhoods mail box instead of Calgary. I had to go back to the branch to have it mailed again and paid $18.95 for express shipping. This lady wasn't friendly either but she guided me. I also paid $2.04 for the first time just for it to be mailed to my mail box.
What is also ironic, she treated the white persons with so much respect but myself being black was ignored and my mail that was suppose to be delivered was late for the deadline.
Will never go back to that branch!
