★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here once and only once, the lady speaks Mandarin was so rude to me and completely not welcome me, no wonder she seemed inpatient answering my questions and so arrogant. Very frustrating experience with this branch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointing. I never had this kind of experience at CIBC, RBC or Scotia Bank. I've been there four times, they are never helpful and never try to do something to make their clients feel they mean something to those who work there. It takes extremely long to get our own money with the banking draft, they blocked our debit card without any reason three times and are always so slow. I would never recommend them to anyone.

No one would help the poor guy to finish this simple service. And BMO PLEASE well train your staff before putting them on the spot! BRIDGWATER BRANCH WINNIPEG
